The Struts at Hollywood Bowl: Event Overview

The Struts join Def Leppard and Goo Goo Dolls for a rock concert at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles, California, on May 1, 2027. The lineup brings together three established acts for an evening of pop-rock and arena-ready performances at one of Southern California's best-known outdoor venues. Prices currently start around $120, with availability and prices varying by seat and demand.

Fronted by Luke Spiller, The Struts are known for theatrical stage presence and glam-rock influences. The British band broke through with songs including “Could Have Been Me” and “Kiss This,” and has released albums such as Everybody Wants and Young & Dangerous. Their energetic, crowd-focused style makes them a natural fit alongside Def Leppard's hard-rock anthems and the Goo Goo Dolls' melodic hits. Specific set times and any additional opening acts have not been provided.

The Hollywood Bowl's hillside setting and iconic band shell give this Los Angeles date a distinctive outdoor-concert atmosphere. Fans should check the event's latest details before traveling, as performance schedules and ticket availability can change. Venue and Seating Information

The Hollywood Bowl is an outdoor amphitheater with a curved seating layout and approximately 17,500 seats. Its sections range from close-to-stage areas to upper bench seating, so the best choice depends on budget, preferred distance, and how much of the full stage view matters.

For a premium experience, centered Garden Boxes and Terrace Boxes offer strong stage visibility and a comfortable perspective. Center Super Seats can be a useful middle-ground option, balancing a more direct view with a position farther back from the stage. Rear bench sections are more affordable but sit farther away; extreme side seats may also limit the view of a centered production. As an outdoor venue built into a hillside, the Bowl can involve uphill walks, stairs, and changing weather, so plan for the route to your section.

Parking Information

Hollywood Bowl parking is limited and often stacked, which can prevent an early exit. Park & Ride, shuttle service, public transit, or rideshare may be more convenient than driving directly to the venue. On-site parking prices listed in the provided venue information include $55 for Lot A stacked parking and $45–$55 for Lot D, depending on event type; availability and fees should be confirmed for this concert.

Ovation Hollywood Bowl Shuttle: 6801 Hollywood Blvd, Hollywood, CA 90028. Parking is listed at up to a $25 daily maximum; shuttle pricing varies by event. Check shuttle and lot details.

Hollywood Bowl Lot C / Purple Lot rideshare hub: 6655 Odin St, Los Angeles, CA 90068. Official rideshare pickup and drop-off; parking is not available. Review venue transportation information.

Allow extra time for traffic and the walk into the venue. Avoid surrounding residential streets, where parking restrictions may result in tickets, and consider skipping stacked on-site parking if a quick departure is important.
